Attendees will learn the basics of hydro-excavation, why it’s important, and how we address the needs of today’s digging environment. This course is tailored for the new salesperson in the field with limited experience.  You will learn about our vacuum excavators and why they are the safest, smartest, and most dependable vacuum excavators on the market.  You will also learn the demonstration positions around the vehicle and what topics you should be discussing at each position.  Finally, you will learn to discuss functionality, how the features specifically benefit the customer’s needs, and some competitive advantages.  Learners will be given time to practice their walk-around demonstrations, and they will be expected to give a final demonstration on the final day of training, which will be recorded on video.***With the anticipation of a high demand of requests, we will be reviewing and qualifying each submittal from your dealership.
