EmpowHER Fit Fest

Celebrate National Women's Day with the Streamwood Park District's 3rd annual FREE EmpowHER Fit Fest from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 7 inside the Mark Bell Gymnasium at Park Place Family Recreation Center, 550 S. Park Blvd.

Celebrate women's health, wellness and heritage at this inspiring community event! Come support and connect with incredible local women-owned businesses, enjoy wellness activities, and take part in empowering conversations that celebrate everything women do and achieve.

Local performers and group fitness instructors will be on hand for your enjoyment. The event is free so bring your family, friends and your energy as we honor strength, self-care and sisterhood.

Vendor applications for the EmpowHER Fit Fest are now being accepted. Vendor tables are $30 for an 8'x8' space and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of three alike vendors per category.
