Spin: 7–7:50 a.m. | Cathy or Cari
Mash-Up: 8:00–10:00 a.m.
(25 minutes per instructor with a 5-minute transition)
- Kickboxing with Lilly – 8 a.m.
- Strictly Strength with Lisa – 8:30 a.m.
- Boot Camp with Debbie – 9 a.m.
- Core & Stretch with Cari – 9:30 a.m.
Aqua – 9:00–10:00 a.m. | Mary
Zumba – 10:30–11:30 a.m. | Lilly
Plus the first 40 participants to register will receive a free camouflage sweat towel courtesy of your Group Fitness Instructors.
Pre-registration is required for the Spin and Mash-Up classes. Spaces are limited, so stop by the Guest Services counter at Park Place Family Recreation Center, 550 S. Park Blvd., starting Monday, November 3 for details and to sign up.
