K Kardio Dance Jam

If you love K-pop as much as we do, you need to join Adrienne for this fun workout with easy-to-learn dance moves that will get your heart pumping. All classes are set to fresh, energizing music with moves that incorporate core, cardio kickboxing, and occasionally drumming. You will sweat, smile, and have a blast. You won’t even realize you’re working out!

All fitness levels welcome and no dance experience needed. No knowledge of K-pop needed.
