Stratford District Youth Council presents Hydro Hype2 !

Yes we are doing it again!

Everyone had so much fun last time we have decided to do it again. Let's make Wai o Rua all about us, the youth of Stratford and celebrate the holidays.

Come along to a free pool event where you choose how much you get involved with. Do you just want to talk with friends and chill while eating pizza, or is having a noodle fight and bombing more to your liking. You choose.

Zeal will be there, playing amazing sounds, and we will be supplying the food and drink.

The event is free but we ask you to register here so we know how much food and drink we need actually need to supply.

The details

• When: 6pm – 8.30pm, Friday 10 April 2026.
• Where: Wai o Rua, Stratford Pool, Portia Street, Stratford
• Age range: 12 to 18 years old
• Cost: Free!
• Free entry starts at 6pm for those attending. (Pool closes to general public at 6.30pm)
• Please note we will be signing everyone in as you arrive
• This is a drug, alcohol, vape and smoke free event.
