This workshop will be followed by a garden tour and a complimentary sample of lactobacillus fertiliser concentrate.

Please wear sturdy shoes for the garden tour. Please dress for all weather, a hat and rain jacket are recommended. Hot drinks and water will be available for participants.

Park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up as it is steep and there is very limited parking space at the top. Please let us know if you have any mobility issues and will need to drive up.

About the hosts/tutor
Melissa & Aaron Jacobson have established a flourishing garden in South Taranaki. Creating sustainable closed-loop systems has been a priority. With Science at the forefront of decision-making, utilising micro-organisms such as lactobacillus bacteria to increase the efficacy of DIY plant fertilisers made a lot of sense. Both Aaron and Melissa work in education and strive to make their workshops hands-on and enjoyable.
