Poor Little Lambs:
After spending 15 years researching the legendary series: Baa Baa Black Sheep, Stephen will show exclusive (pilot filmed) behind the scenes home movies from this amazing TV show classic almost 50 years later! Timed to coincide with the 49th anniversary of the show’s pilot episode Flying Misfits, the book offers fans an unprecedented look behind the scenes of the series that ignited a passion for vintage military aviation in an entire generation.

About the Speaker: Stephen Chapis
Stephen's earliest aviation “memory” was flying with his grandparents at Easton-Newnam Airport, Maryland. Growing up, he built plastic and R/C models, read every aviation book and magazine. He later earned his tailwheel sign-off in a J3 Cub. In 2008 Stephen discovered Warbird Digest magazine and soon after his first of nearly 140 articles to appear in that magazine was published, eventually being appointed Associate Editor in 2014. He was then recruited by Moreno Aguiari to write for Warbird News in 2015.

In 2017, Stephen's first book, ALLIED JET KILLERS OF WORLD WAR II, was published by Osprey Publishing. Stephen also served twenty-one years in the District of Columbia Air National Guard as an F-16 bomb loader. In that time, he participated in a number of exercises including Air Warrior, Green Flag, Snowbird, and Cope Thunder, and deployed to Azraq, Jordan during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.

About the Speaker: Jerry O'Neill
Jerry needs no introduction to aviation fans from New England. He is a published author and photographer for numerous aviation related magazines and newsletters internationally. Jerry also owns and operates his well-known business in the airshow community called Airdales Flight Line Operations. Running ground operations at airshows all over the country, Jerry and his team have handled some of the biggest, most expensive, and most rare aircraft in the world. 

Jerry was the Producer and Air Display Coordinator of the fantastic 2005 Corsairs Over Connecticut Airshow. Jerry also produced the Wings N Wheels show in 2010 & 2011, all at our own Sikorsky Memorial Airport along with numerous other shows. Jerry is also a very active member at the New England Air Museum, and is also involved with many other similar Aircraft Organizations nationwide. He was instrumental in helping get the FG-1D Corsair BuNo: 92460 removed off the pedestal for restoration.
