Stalls with various homemade arts and crafts will be scattered throughout the park along with a variety of food trucks and entertainment.
If you are looking for that perfect Christmas gift or a new piece of art, then this is just the day for you. With everything from handmade jewellery to garden art, woodturning to knitting, there is sure to be something for everyone.
Music will fill the Park throughout the day from various performers and keep you entertained, as well as roving entertainment to keep the kids preoccupied while you shop. Have a seat, pick up something to eat and soak up the vibe.
There will be a kid’s zone with free face painting and games, as well as a bouncy castle and train rides. South Taranaki District Council Arts Coordinator Michaela Stoneman will be on hand in the Arts Tipi, a creative space for some fun hands-on activities for the kids.
This free event runs from 10am – 3pm on Saturday 6 December at King Edward Park, Hāwera.
