The Stratford CC Reliability Ride is ride run every year by our club volunteers on behalf of a local charity, Mencap Cyc-Ability with a testing route into the Cotswolds open to all cyclists. It is popular with riders from a number of local cycling clubs and keen non club cyclists. Expect a good turnout for this tough but beautiful ride. A 58 mile route to Stow-on-the-Wold and a shorter 44m option via Chipping Camden.

Reliability Ride takes place this year on Sunday 1st March 2026.  
Entry is £5 cash on the day, with profits going to Mencap Cyc-Ability.  HQ is the Rosebird Community Hall, Stratford on Avon. Mencap Cyc-Ability volunteers will be selling excellent tea and coffee plus filled rolls and cake at the end of the ride for you to enjoy and reward yourself on completing the ride. Please bring cash if you can; it's a lot quicker at sign on. Extra donations will be gratefully received.

About our Charity - Mencap Cyc-ability:

The Cyc-ability accessible cycling programme offers free, fully accessible cycling for people with disabilities on the Recreation Ground, Stratford-upon-Avon.

The organisation uses adapted bikes – including tricycles, handcycles, tandems and side-by-side bikes – and money raised will help to enlarge the fleet.

Sessions are designed for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or those with balance and coordination issues and focus on improving physical health, boosting confidence, and providing a safe, social environment.
