Social Brew: New Year, New Roots

At Social Brew, our friendly 30-minute 1-2-1 sessions help you take your first steps into your family history in a relaxed, welcoming space. With support from our facilitator and the team, you’ll learn where to begin, what questions to ask and how to use free resources to explore your ancestral roots.

These sessions spark conversation, storytelling and community connection through a heritage lens - a perfect way to head into 2026 with fresh discoveries.

Social Brew is open every Saturday from 1.30–4.30pm. You’re welcome to explore the centre, enjoy the exhibitions or grab a drink from our café before or after your session.
