Stratford Library will be once again hosting a fabulous day of fun celebrating creativity in our community, as part of Fun Palaces.

10.15am start

Community playreading of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. All welcome to join in or just listen. Part of Shakespeare for All in partnership with the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.

10.15am – 11.45am

Lego Club, for ages 4-11.

11.30am

Pop-up performance from the choir of Stratford-upon-Avon Primary School.

12pm

Pop-up performance from the choir of Stratford Girls' Grammar School.

1.30-2.30pm

Come and sing! Workshop for adults and children aged 8+, to learn simple rounds and sing together. No musical experience needed.

All activities are free, with no booking required, but there may be limited spaces available at busy times.

We are pleased to be working in partnership with Stratford Town Trust and the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust on our Fun Palace.

Fun Palaces is an ongoing national and international campaign, nurturing and supporting the potential and positivity of sharing people’s enthusiasms, passions and skills with their own local community. Fun Palaces has an annual weekend of events each October, although Fun Palaces can also happen at any time of year.
