The site dates back to 1195 the house stands among cobbled streets, No. 40 Sheep lane holds a sinister and turbulent past.

A spirit of a young girl pick-pocket still tries steeling objects out of the pockets of unsuspecting guests, heavy footsteps echo though the building, Terrifying physical activity and only the brave dare to stand alone on the staircase.

It's built along 5 ley lines giving the site incredible energy!

Spirit portals are said to allow free passage to many entities.

William Shrieve, one of Henry VIII's archers once lived in the house. It was also a tavern & brothel where many travelers used to stay the night, including a serial killer who committed atrocities within the walls. Plague, M**der, fire are in it's checkered past

Shakespeare is documented to have frequented the house and barn also basing a character from two of his plays on the tavern keeper William Rodgers.
