A weekend of indoor camper-related workshops and seminars, appealing to owners of all types of 4-wheeled transport (e.g. cars, 4x4s, campervans, motorhomes, expedition trucks).
10 subjects: Bush Mechanics, Navigation, Medical, Travelling with Kids, Bushcraft, Self-Build Conversions, Solo Travel, Security, Pets On The Move, Compact Cooking – plus any further categories not listed, suggestions welcome!
Evening entertainment provided Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings!
This being the case, would you like to be involved in the event …
a) As a seminar speaker? Two 1hr talks Sat & Sat would give you a free camping slot in the racecourse’s Touring Park with full facilities. The talks are all very informal, plus of course the audience are like-minded enthusiasts like yourself!
b) As a regular camper attending the workshops/seminars?
First thought – November will be freezing! Yes it will be, but all campervans/motorhomes camping in the racecourse’s Touring Park will have overnight heating on board, plus of the 110 camping pitches available, 52 have electric hook-up.
Second, if camping in November isn’t for you, the tourist town of Stratford-upon-Avon probably has enough B&Bs and hotels to rival Blackpool, so booking accommodation off-season in November won’t be a problem.
As mentioned, as a ‘thank you’ for providing 2 x 1hr seminars (talks such as “Travelling with Kids”, “Solo Travel”, etc). campervan/motorhome owners will be awarded a free camping pitch.
