They can prompt questions about identity, purpose, relationships and the stories we've been telling ourselves about who we are. We may find ourselves reflecting on opportunities that never came to pass, expectations that no longer fit, or parts of ourselves that seem to have become lost amongst the demands of everyday life.An Empty Seat at the Table is a therapist-led workshop for women who find themselves somewhere in the middle of that conversation. Together, we'll explore what it means to navigate change, make sense of loss, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten, neglected or left waiting patiently in the background.Through guided reflection, journalling and conversation, we'll consider the woman you've been, the woman you're becoming, and what it means to occupy that often uncomfortable space between the two. There will be opportunities to share experiences with others, although there is never any pressure to do so.This isn't a workshop about fixing yourself or finding all the answers. Instead, it's an opportunity to spend a morning in the company of other thoughtful women, exploring some of life's bigger questions with curiosity, compassion and honesty.
