FIRST, A FEW WORDS...

So here we are.
It's a different thing to have planned the idea of a final gig in our heads a long time ago and actually having to announce it, 4 months before it happens.
Despite what we heard sometimes here and there, we never postponed or change our minds or anything on that matter: it's always been perfectly clear that we would choose one single date, stick to it, grind it, and say goodbye.
Two things to keep in mind:
1. We are not splitting. We are stopping together. There is a huge difference: nothing is making us taking this decision except the fact that we all agree to finish the whole Inhumate adventure the way the four of us want.
2. We will never make a comeback.
Having that said, we are more than excited to share with you our final event! No fancy huge headliners or big over-the-top-show-off stuff, just 6 awesome fucking bands we are happy to share our last gig with, in the spirit of what we use to do with our Soul Grinding Festivals (Strasbourg / France - from 2001 until 2007).
There are at least two reasons why we invited them: they are friends - they are fucking good !
So save the date, grindfreaks! This is when and where Inhumate will end, 35 years after its birth.

Nous y voilà.
Ce sont deux choses très différentes que de programmer depuis longtemps dans nos têtes un ultime concert et d'arriver au moment où il faut l'annoncer pour de bon, aujourd'hui, 4 mois avant qu'il ne se produise.
Malgré ce qu'on a pu entendre ici et là, nous n'avons jamais repoussé cette date fatidique, ni changé d'avis sur la chose : il a toujours été clair pour nous que nous choisirions une dernière date, qu'on s'y tiendrait, qu'on la jouerait - et qu'on dirait au revoir.
Deux choses à garder en tête :
1. Nous ne "splittons" pas. Nous arrêtons ensemble. Il y a une grosse différence : rien ne nous pousse à prendre cette décision à part le fait que nous nous sommes mis d'accord tous les 4 d'arrêter l'aventure Inhumate, à notre façon et quand on le désire.
2. Il n'y aura jamais de comeback.
Cela étant dit, c'est avec une grande émotion que nous pouvons enfin partager officiellement l'affiche de cet ultime concert ! Pas de grosses têtes d'affiche ni de projet clinquant plus grand que nous, juste 6 putains de groupes avec lesquels nous sommes heureux de pouvoir partager ce dernier tour de piste, dans l'esprit de ce que nous avions fait avec nos Soul Grinding Festival à Strasbourg de 2001 à 2007.
Il y a au moins 2 raisons pour lesquelles nous avons invité ces groupes: sont des amis - et ce sont des putains de bons groupes !
Notez donc bien la date : c'est ce jour-là qu'Inhumate se terminera, 35 ans après sa naissance.
