 Trieng! is an ode to the landline and a gentle story about connection. Created especially for babies (from four months old) and toddlers, the production draws on young children’s magical belief that you can call anyone, anytime, using anything.
 
 The desire to communicate lives deep within us from the very beginning — and theatre is the perfect place, at any age, to discover it together.

 Trieng-trieng! Hallo? Praat jy oor jou slimfoon? Of oor ’n skoen? Dit maak nie saak nie. Bel as jy verlang, dit is tog dieselfde sterre wat bo ons almal hang.
 
 Trieng! is ’n ode aan die landlyn, maar ook ’n storie van verbintenis. Die produksie is spesiaal vir babas (vanaf 4 maande oud) en kleuters, geïnspireer deur jong kinders se verbeelding om enige tyd, enige plek en met enige iets te kan bel! 
 
 Van kleins af is daar ’n diepgewortelde behoefte om te kommunikeer, in ons ingeweef. Die teater is die ideale plek, vir enige ouderdom, om dit verder te verken! 
 
 Schoemé Steenkamp previously charmed the tiniest theatre-goers at The Drama Factory with Babah-Go-Round and Babah-Go-Wild. Now she’s back with a brand-new Theatre for the Very Early Years adventure: Trieng! - made possible by the Klein KKNK Teater. The production is suitable for babies from 4 months old and toddlers, it is mostly non-verbal and running time is between 30/35 minutes, but there will be play and exploration time after the performan
