This is a new kind of Sunday lunch. Fire-forward. Coastal. Immersive.
Begin with a table sharing fire-cooked starter - Mussels and Embered Chicken Livers - with breads,
and then enjoy a selection of both mains will be brought to the table on sharing boards:
* The Surf — fresh catch of the day, cooked low and slow over open flame.
* The Turf — tomahawk steak, hung and reverse-seared in the heat.
Settle in. Eat well. Let Sunday run long. A lazy Sunday lunch — just rewritten by fire.
THE MENU:
Your ticket includes a starter and main, with a selection of fire-roasted fish or steak, served with seasonal fire-cooked vegetables. Excludes any beverages or desserts ordered on the day!
Starter
• Embered Chicken Liver Pâté, fire-toasted bread AND
• Sailor’s Mussel Pot, fresh buttered fire licked flat breads
Main
• Fire-Roasted Catch of the Day Fish (120g)
Soy & ginger marinade, Balinese sambal
AND
• Fire-Roasted Tomahawk Steak Slivers (120g)
Marrow & garlic butter
Both mains are served with Fire-Roasted Vegetables:
• Pumpkin with feta, nuts, hot honey & thyme
• Smashed roast potatoes with confit garlic butter
• Fire-roasted cabbage with dukkha (nuts, spice and seeds with tahini yoghurt)

Fire Cooked Desserts (not included in the above price)
• Dulce fire-roasted pineapple & cinnamon crumble
• Foil-baked banana boat with marshmallow & dark chocolate
A Flat fee of R45 per guest will be added to cover food service and support our waitrons on the day
