Sound vibration has a deeply healing/balancing effect on mind-body-soul, helps generate energy, enhances the release of blockages, cleanses your cell/ energetic body, and let's you vibrate on a high. Healthy winter-buzz, oooh YES ! 

Heart-warming ekologisk meal and fika included.
