Materials provided or bring your own sketch book/ journal. No experience needed!Explore activites to refresh your cognitive function and inspire creativity. It includes a cup of herbal tea and light snack.Shinrin Yoku North West has been bringing this experience of deep relaxation to NW Tasmania for over 5 years.Who: The walk runs for 2 hours and is suitable for anyone with moderate fitness, who can walk inclines with loose surfaces. Not suitable for persons under 14.Meet: At the beginning of the ‘Reserve Track’ to Rutherford Rd signage. From Massey-Green Drive, travel up Fern Glade rd, cross over the emu river bridge and enter Fern Glade via the second entry on the right. The track and small carpark is located on the left hand side before you get down to the main picnic area.
