Whether you're a newcomer to sound healing or a returning participant, each session is unique. If you're curious, seeking relaxation, or wish to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul, consider joining us. Allow the sounds to envelop you and guide you to wherever you need to be.
What to bring:
Bring something comfortable to lie on, such as a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow for your head, and one for behind your knees if you have lower back concerns. A warm blanket is also recommended, as your body may cool down as you relax. Anything else you require for maximum comfort is welcome. Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and warm socks are advisable during winter to ensure you stay snug.
What to expect:
Each session is distinct, as I tune into the room's ever-changing energy. It may be deeply relaxing, leading you to sleep, or, if you're visually inclined, you might embark on a vivid journey filled with colors and shapes. Recollections or thoughts of people from your past may surface; this is completely normal.
Be mindful that while the experience is primarily soothing, it can stir emotions that need releasing, and you may feel fatigued the following day. This is a natural response, indicating your body is acclimating to a new frequency and requires time to rest and recalibrate.
Gong baths are not suitable for:
Woman in their first trimester of pregnancy, but only if they are considered to be high risk or are suffering complications.
People with sound or vibrational sensitive epilepsies.
People with severe mental health issues.
Caution is needed for:
Anyone who has metal implants/replacements
Pacemakers, or heart conditions
