This experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy the restorative benefits of movement, breath and being immersed in nature.

Following the yoga session, we'll return to relax by the fire with a glass of Astley's sparkling wine, giving you time to unwind, connect with others or simply enjoy the surroundings.
