The DETROITWICH FUNK MACHINE… comes back into your orbit  for season finale on FRIDAY 12TH June @ Jazz HQ, with sound waves from those  70s and 80s jazz & funk classics you know and love, and  guaranteed to "..put a dip in your hip and a glide in your stride".. with grooves made famous by Herbie Hancock, George Duke, Tower Of Power,James Brown,The Brecker Brothers, Blood Sweat & Tears, Tom Scott and more. The 
Funk Machine", - smoothly  piloted by Droitwichs' own Californian funk meister bassist Tom Clarke-Hill and Stourbridges' own Andy Shillingford - is a real muthaship' of  9 piece with a horn & rhythm section featuring some the finest musicians  rocking it locally & nationwide. Be warned this sound is liable "to make your back crack and your liver..quiver!!
