Mini Me Zen Yoga Workshop

Join us for a 2.5-hour playful Zen Yoga experience for parents and children (ages 3+) at the cosy, creative Grandad’s Attic.

Move, breathe, and laugh together through gentle yoga sequences, partner poses, and mindful moments designed to nurture connection, calm, and fun.

A mid-session refreshment break allows time to relax, snack, and chat with fellow families.

No yoga experience needed — just curiosity, comfy clothes, and a spirit of play.

Price: £40 per adult & child pair

If you can't make this date or fancy another dose, we will be doing another Mini Me Zen Yoga workshop with different content on Tuesday 17th February. Just right for a half term jolly!
