- **Event Description**: Thursday July 16th brings a unique collaboration between Outside the Box and the Out of the Hat Comedy Group. The theme for the night is “Comedy Special! An evening of music and comedy improv”. Out of the Hat specialises in improvised comedy sketches (think Whose Line is it Anyway) and it seemed a cracking good idea to bring them together with a group of improvising musicians for the event – because: why not? The full line-up of everyone involved runs as follows: 

Musicians: Steve Tromans (synth), Dave Nock (guitar/fx/percussion), Trevor Lines (bass), Mike Bethel (acoustic guitar), Bruce Coates (sax), Steve Palmer (drums), Richard Bruce Clay (voice). Comedians: Shadow Liptrot, Jade Hartley, Tracey Ellis plus compere Phill Liptrot. 

The special guest for July will be local guitar-picking wunderkind, George Tombs – not to be missed!

Doors from 7.30pm, show from 8pm, £5 entry (cash only).
