Everything is done together, in a safe, supportive group space. Why the Voice Gets Blocked The voice is rarely blocked at the throat alone. For many people, vocal suppression is rooted deeper — in issues of personal power, boundaries, self-worth, and the right to take up space. When these are compromised through conditioning, people-pleasing, fear, or being told to stay quiet, the voice often tightens or disappears altogether.
