SASD 4K/5K Enrollment Verification Night

This event is for 4K and kindergarten children who are not currently enrolled in SASD. If your student is already enrolled in SASD 4K, you do not need to re-enroll them for kindergarten.

2. Your child’s original birth certificate
3. A paper copy of your proof of residency
