and it can feel beautiful, confusing, expansive, and overwhelming all at once. This space is here for that.

In many yogic and tantric traditions, kundalini awakening is understood as a process of spiritual purification. This purification is a process of eliminating all that does not serve us so that we can embody our true nature, which is pure love. 

KALI is a gentle yet potent energetic and somatic experience that supports the natural evolutionary expansion of your awareness and nervous system capacity.

This is not a self-willed practice. This is something you allow and surrender to. 

We will begin with a short grounding and orientation to help you arrive in your body and feel safe in the space.

You will then lie down and be guided into a relaxed, receptive state as a curated music journey plays. Ashlee works intuitively with each person as she moves through the space, transmitting kundalini life-force energy . As your system responds, you may experience anything from deep stillness to emotional release, energetic sensations, or expanded states of consciousness. Tap deep into your subconscious body/mind and let go of all that you are ready to release.

The session closes with optional time for sharing and integration.

Clients often report experiences such as :
Emotional release and catharsis
Peace, joy, or blissful states

Somatic release or spontaneous movement

Note : This modality is not designed to force your kundalini into awakening. It is intended to expand the nervous system’s capacity for awareness, regulation, and integration. As capacity increases, deeper energetic processes may unfold naturally. This work requires personal responsibility and is best paired with practices like shadow work, self-inquiry, and meditation for embodied integration. 

Some sessions may be very dynamic and others may be more mild in experience. The Divine Mother’s kundalini energy meets you exactly where you are. There is nothing to force or prove.
