Planning is well underway for The Stony Plain & Parkland Pioneer Museum Fourth Annual Model Train Swap Meet on May 2 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.. 

 

Our goal is to provide you with as much potential for sales as is possible. Therefore, we are doing much more advertising this year. Flyers are being handed out at the Edmonton Swap Meet in April and placed in many venues/facilities/retail outlets/community bulletin boards around town. Notices have been submitted to various printed papers and advertising columns. Postings have also been placed upon numerous Facebook model train groups, on the Town of Stony Plain’s and Parkland County’s event calendars, and on the Museum’s website, as well as, our own Facebook page: [https://www.facebook.com/pioneermuseum.ca/](https://www.facebook.com/pioneermuseum.ca/). Committee members are also actively engaged in personally handing out flyers and letting others know about the upcoming event. 

 

For vendors, we have 33 tables available this year. Tables measure 6’ x 2½’ and cost $20. You can purchase your table by calling the Museum Mercantile Office at 780-963-1234. Payment can be made via credit card, e-transfer or cash if completing the registration in person**. **Tables are limited, and are on a**

**first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without payment.****
