Please bring your yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket, and pillows. (If you forget to bring something, there are bolsters, mats, blankets on site.) We will be seated and lying down for a portion of the workshop.
Essence of Healing is located in the Mainstreet Market building. You will enter a door and walk down the hall and find us all the way at the end on the left.
