Summary
“I Yaad Live”: Musical Culture of the Caribbean Diaspora© is an eclectic offering of the best in culturally spoken words, beat poetry and acoustical musical performances. This KarisMa’atic Productionz Caribbean Transnational (K.P.C.T.) programme showcases unfiltered indigenous performances live on-air providing maximum exposure of the Caribbean’s rich heritage.
To this end we have six clear objectives:
1. “Edu-tain” our audience exposing them to the Caribbean’s varied Culture
2. Provide a medium for which cultured individuals can showcase and develop their artistic talents.
3. Expose individuals to alternative environmentally friendly practices and products.
4. Create an avenue for which individuals can patronize varied products and services offered by social enterprises.
5. Develop a directory (I Yaad Live Passport) of live events in Jamaica/the Caribbean Region.
6. Ignite an appreciation for our identity.
