Push your limits in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.Run at Pentille CastleWe return to Pentillie Castle - full of beautiful views of the River Tamar, with a few climbs thrown in for good measure. Make sure you bring your trail shoes and hill legs!Who will emerge as the strongest and the fittest?It's so simple, it's hard!!Agenda🕑: 08:30 AM - 09:00 AMArrival/Check-In, Rules Brief + House KeepingInfo: Check yourself in at the check in desk with Kate to receive your race pack, scorecard and race number. The Rules brief and housekeeping will be delivered to competitors. 🕑: 09:00 AM - 11:00 AMPowerlifting TotalInfo: Competitors have 2 hours to establish their Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift total.🕑: 11:00 AM - 01:00 PMIntermissionInfo: Competitors have 2 hours to make their way to the run venue (TBC). In this time, competitors are advised to refuel and ensure they are ready for the 2 hour run.🕑: 01:00 PM - 03:00 PM2 Hour RunInfo: Competitors have 2 hours to run as many laps as possible around the route we have planned around the stunning grounds of Pentillie Castle.🕑: 03:15 PM - 03:30 PMAwardsInfo: Awards will be given out to competitors after the last person has completed their lap. T-shirts will be given to podium finishers. 1st place receive the coveted black t-shirt, 2nd place receive the Lift Run purple t-shirt, and 3rd place receive the Lift Run green t-shirt. Goodie bags and medals will be awarded to all competitors.
