During the Health Fair, organizers will attempt a world record for cardiovascular screenings completed in a single day. We need the community to come out, get screened and help us make preventive health history while learning more about cardiovascular risk and the importance of early detection.Attendees can take advantage of FREE health screenings and wellness resources, including cardiovascular screenings, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, diabetes resources, women's health, men's health, dental health, behavioral health, chiropractic care, sports physicals and more. The Health Fair is part of the larger WE C.A.R.E. Community Health & Wellness Weekend focused on bringing healthcare, education and resources directly into the community.And this is much more than a health fair.
