Immerse yourself in the vibrations of drums, singing bowls, gongs and chimes. Either lying or seated, enter a deep, relaxed dreamlike state, allowing the vibrations to flood your body. It is in this state that the body has the ability to heal itself. John is a musician and artist, his Sound Baths are powerful and a truly magical experience- generating streams of otherworldly, multi-dimensional, sonic frequencies with sounds that grow into waves and bathe the entire body. The different soundscapes that emerge, bring benefits to your mind, body and soul in unimaginable ways. Working on your brain waves and on a molecular level, it can improve your physical and emotional well-being.What to bringA MAT and anything else to make you feel relaxed and cosy, such as a blanket or snuggly socks.
