Right before your eyes, Mel will prep and bottle one of her much‑loved preserves, peppering the demo with generous helpings of laughter and practical advice. There’ll even be time at the end for curious cooks to ask questions.

With time to socialise, the monthly raffle and refreshments included, the Hive will be buzzing with energy and enthusiasm for this very special speaker. To round off the evening, Mel will sell her incredible jams, chutneys, spreads and sauces — with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Stroke Association.
