Unwind on the Mt. La Crosse patio, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Driftless Region with glowing sunset views over the bluffs. This all-levels Vinyasa class, led by a Root Down Yoga instructor, will guide you through a balanced flow designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect you with your body and breath.

Vinyasa “Vin-yaah-sa” is a style of yoga with an emphasis on linking movement with breathing. Instructors will give you tools to make class as challenging or modified as you prefer- making it suitable for both advanced students or beginners.

Event Flow

5:30 PM– 6:00 PM | Doors Open + Check-In
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | 1-Hour Yoga Class
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Social Hour
