Friday Walker and the manticore return in a brand-new adventure filled with danger, gods, and giants. Months after angering Haides, Friday Walker and his friends have tracked down Kerberos, hoping to earn the Lord of the Underworld's forgiveness. But just as they begin their mission, they are summoned by the gods to New Hellas with troubling news: a new threat has arisen. Giants, some of the gods' most dangerous and ancient enemies, have been spotted all over America and their growing presence threatens Friday's world and Olympos. Now, Friday and his companions must race against time to return Kerberos to the Underworld and stop the giants before they overthrow the gods. Can they succeed or will the forces of evil prevail
