This experience weaves together the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga and the healing resonance of a live sound bath, guiding you back to your inner light through mindful breath and vibration. Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, this practice invites you to release, receive, and simply be.

After practice, stay for a bit to connect: enjoy fresh-pressed juices, light appetizers, and a warm tea station, alongside local wellness vendors offering gifts and inspiration for your journey ahead.
