If you sometimes feel like a hot mess, have sleep issues, brain fog, roller coaster mood swings, feel wired & tired (to name but a few!), why not join me for a relaxed informative workshop and learn how to use essential oils to support yourself.   At whatever stage of life your’re at you will learn how you can support yourself naturally and cherish those changes in the months and years to come.
During the workshop we’ll look at why our systems become unbalanced and what we can do to help support ourselves using natural solutions.

What to expect:
Session will run approximately 2 hours where we discuss:
• what essential oils are, 
• the safe and effective ways to use them, 
• how they can benefit you and,
• which essential oils you can use to support you
• how to blend the oils, and
• we end the class by making a bespoke blend of essential oils to take home to enjoy and help you find harmony within your body and mind.  
 
Whether you are new to essential oils or already use essential oils this class is aimed at everyone.
