- **Event Description**: Come and join us for a weekly Saturday morning shake up. This wake up class will be a mixture of yoga modalities to really get you set for the weekend.

Accessibility – Flowing class, not suitable for chair yoga, some experience in movement practises is great but all welcome.

The style will vary from week to week with a mix of Ashtanga, Mandala, Flow and Vinyasa yoga. You will be welcomed by one of our beautiful teachers with an optional herbal tea or Cacao, then its straight into some flowing movement and breath. The class will be designed for all bodies however we do advise that this is one of the stronger classes so come prepared to perhaps get a little sweat on.

Each flow and posture will have a softer or harder alternative depending on your energy levels. We always encourage you to listen to YOUR body. This is not a competitive sport but a supportive space where you can explore your own body and well-being whilst challenging yourself safely.
