Route. Section 1 

Out of P&R – Turn right – Then right again at Rising Sun TLs onto A6 SP Buxton. 

After the end of Chapel bye pass (back into two way traffic) 1St exit at RA 

A423 SP Chesterfield 

Continue on A423 to the Yonderman (Coffee) 

 

Route . Section 2 

Out of Yonderman car park turn left onto A423 

Then take 1st left B6465 

Continue past Monsal  Head to Ashford in the Water. 

At junction with A6 turn left. SP Bakewell  

At RA in Bakewell take 2nd exit SP Matlock A6 

Continue through Darley Dale to RA, take 1st exit into Matlock town. 

At RA carry on straight A615 SP Tansley 

Remain on A615, at Fourland Ends take right turn onto B6013 

Continue on B6103 to T junction with A610 

Turn right then immediately left back onto B6103 SP Belper 

Look out for BROWN sign Heage Mill pointing right 

Another little break. (perhaps a few photos) 

 

Section 3 

From Mill carpark back to entrance. Turn right SP Belper. 

At major RA take 3rd exit onto A6 SP Matlock 

At next junction (just before large mill building) take left turn onto A517  

SP Ashbourne. 

After just over 2 miles turn right onto B5023 SP Wirksworth/ Middleton 

After Middleton at junction with A5012 turn left. 

At junction with A515 turn right SP Buxton. 

At about 4 miles turn right SP Monyash 

Ice cream. 

 

Section 4 

Ride back to A515 turn right SP Buxton. 

Continue down into Buxton 

At major RA take 1st exit, the road will then sweep to the right A5004  

SP Whalley Bridge. 

Continue to junction with A6 (RA) 

Take 1st exit onto A6 SP Manchester. Continue through Newtown/Disley/ 

High Lane/ pass Airport turn off (A555) to the left turn immediately after Petrol station. 

That’s it, hope you have a nice day. 

 
T & Cs  Full tank at start/check tyre pressures
