These free taster sessions are designed especially for newcomers and are run at our established studio of 15 years by experienced, qualified, and passionate instructors. Session Times * Aerial Taster Session: 13:00–14:00 * Pole Taster Session: 13:30–14:30 You are welcome to attend either session depending on which style you’d like to try. During the session, you’ll learn beginner-friendly moves and skills in a supportive small-group environment. We’ll introduce you to the types of exercises and techniques you would learn in a regular beginners class, helping you build confidence and familiarity with both the equipment and the studio atmosphere. What to Expect * Meet our instructor team & take part in a warm-up. * Learn beginner moves and skills on Aerial or Pole equipment. * Experience how classes help build strength, fitness, and confidence. * Discover whether Aerial or Pole Fitness is the right fit for you. * Enjoy a structured, relaxed, and fun beginners-only environment. * Get an introduction to our studio and timetable. * Receive a discount on regular class prices. The taster sessions are also open to current Blush students who are beginners in either Pole, Aerial Hoop, or both. How to Book Please register your space in advance — spaces are limited and completely FREE. If the session is full, please join the FREE waitlist. If a space becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification with the opportunity to register. If registration is not completed within 30 minutes, the space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
