Join Gemma for 45 minutes of gentle, playful Aerial Yoga followed by a dreamy 30-minute floating savasana — trust us, there is nothing quite as relaxing as savasana in a hammock.

Aerial Yoga uses a soft hammock to support your body weight fully or partially, helping you explore traditional yoga postures with ease and comfort. With support from the hammock, you’ll find proper alignment through relaxation rather than effort, leaving you feeling light, open, and wonderfully calm.
