YOGA BASICS INTRO WEEKEND COURSE with
Want to learn the fundaments of yoga? This course will give you an introduction to start practicing yoga. You will experience the most common asanas (poses) and breathing techniques and be introduced to basic yoga philosophy and ethics. You will also learn a little bit about Urban OM as a center and what we offer so that you know how to navigate between different yoga classes, sessions and meditations.
We practice barefoot and it is good to wear stretchy tight fitting clothing, shorts are okay as well. This is so that you can move freely and so that the teacher can see the lines of the body. Make sure the clothes are clean (yoga is a detoxing practice).
Try to not eat 2 hours before practice.
