Rest and replenish in the hot tub + saltwater pool (heated)  
Have time for introspection with both solo reflection + group conversation  
Share in a mindful + bodyful plant medicine experience — held with intention and care — to catalyze deeper discovery + soulful awareness

What to Expect:
Thursday 4pm Arrival + Centering: meet your sisters, settle into your space, and enjoy the chance to start receiving all weekend

Daily: morning yoga flow & evening meditation — supportive, heart opening practices that meet you where you are

Hiking + Nature Immersion: Daily option to walk the nearby trails, feel the breeze on your skin, and allow Mother Nature to hold you

Friday evening plant medicine experience: On the second night, we enter a guided plant medicine session offered with respect, intention-setting, and supportive presence. This experience is curated for insight, emotional opening, and meaningful reflection within a container of safety, consent + community.

Integration + Reflection: We’ll come together afterward to explore insights, share meaning, and ground discoveries into lifelong understanding that supports your growth

Sunday 11am: we’ll say our goodbyes and leave with less ego, more soul, a happy heart, and memories with some amazing women!
