About the event

Primal Play Sthlm - explore embodied connection
𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭.

Trust your attunement to your inner compass and trust the other. Resting in not knowing more than what is alive right now, and that it is possible to relate from that place, embodied, agenda-free and real.

We want to gather people who long to relate from a regulated nervous system and who want a container to explore and practice this. We are an embodied community of creatures who want to meet authentically, attuned and with integrity. With a shared intention to welcome and integrate the fear, shame, resistance and difficult emotions that often stand in the way of open hearted connection.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡.

During the evening we will offer regulation practices, boundary practices, dance, Primal Play in pairs and a group play.

We’ll close the evening with a sharing, and after 22:00 there is an optional hang-out/chat/cuddle for those who wish to stay a little longer.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘?
In Primal Play we explore authentic expression and let the body speak. We meet one person at a time for 7 minutes, allowing the creative impulse to guide us into what wants to arise. The impulses can take different directions, sometimes wild and expressive, sometimes tender and still. What matters is not what happens, but that we follow what is alive and true in the moment. It is an invitation into the paradoxical place of wild freedom that is also deeply attuned to your own needs and the needs of others.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄
It is a non sexual, fully-clothed, trauma-informed space held by trained, certified facilitators.

Everything is optional. You are always at choice, to play, to pause, to witness or to step back into solitude.
Consent and self trust are at the heart of this practice.

Fear, anger, grief, shame, dissociation or collapse may arise and are welcome as part of the practice. You may self-regulate or reach out to our Emo (emotional support) for co-regulation.

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐄
Primal Play is a relational playground and embodied workshop that invites you into a brave space. Not a space where everything feels easy or perfectly safe, but one where we consciously co-create the conditions to take courageous steps toward authenticity.

The invitation is not to perform or get it “right,” but to stay embodied, without polishing or fixing what arises

Through grounding, nervous system regulation, and somatic tracking, we land in the body by exploring...

...The flight response: using our legs to create distance, choice, and a sense of safety.
...The fight response: using our arms to set boundaries, say no, and discover how clear boundaries can deepen trust.
...Non-verbal dialogue through breath, sound, movement, and touch: where mental strategies soften and we can follow the body’s innate wisdom.

This is an invitation to meet yourself and others from a place that is alive, responsive, and real.

In this space you may discover how to “stay relational” and trust yourself among others. Primal Play often leads into present moment awareness of the raw truth moving underneath the stories. It invites a shift from following external cues to leading from your own inner compass.

Lisa Renander has spent over a decade facilitating authentic connection and co-creation in conscious communities. Founder of Hus24 and K9, two co-living spaces in Stockholm, she now lives in a cohousing community. As a RYT 200 yoga teacher and Reiki Master she integrates embodied awareness and subtle energy work into her facilitation.

Malin Lindberg is a certified facilitator in Transformational Connection (formerly Circling Europe) and a former meditation teacher in Ascension Meditation. Currently studying psychology, she is deeply curious about understanding human behavior and devoted to embodying authentic connection and presence beyond the conceptual.

This evening is held in collaboration with Buster Rådvik and Mara Mehrunissa from Path of Relating ( https://www.pathofrelating.com/), inspired by their methods.
