8 hours of classes designed for intermediate to advanced dancers in Balboa, Lindy Hop, and Blues.

Social dance starts on Friday with a Friday Night Blues, not included in the workshop and continues on Sunday after the classes with a mix slow bal and balboa!

Slow Balboa, or Slow Bal, is a subgenre of the Swing dance Balboa, characterized by its dancing to slow-tempo swing music (70-110 bpm) in contrast to the fast tempo of traditional Balboa (150-250 bpm). It emphasizes a close embrace and a fluid connection with the dance partner.
