11:30–12:45 | Yin, Mantras & Sound Healing with Paulina Dunker
Deep restoration through long-held yin postures, sacred mantras, and healing sound vibrations. Release tension, open to receive.

12:45–15:00 | Light Lunch Break
Nourish yourself in the neighborhood. Integrate, journal, rest, or take a mindful walk.(Self-arranged, not included)
15:00–17:30 | Rebirthing Breathwork Workshop with Gabriel von Post
The heart of transformation. Release old patterns and emotions through conscious connected breathing. Profound healing and true rebirth.

17:30–18:30 | Tea & Fruit BreakSacred pause for integration and gentle conversation.(Included in full day package)
18:30–21:00 | Evening Kirtan & Mantras with Annika & GabrieleDevotional chanting and sacred song. Ancient mantras, live music, and heart-opening community. A joyful, ecstatic celebration of the light you've welcomed.
