The Innermovement Circle is rooted in Dance Movement Therapy from the 1940s.
This is where the unconscious becomes visible through the body.
Where healing happens through presence, movement and the reflection of others.
Inspired by Carl Jung’s Law of the Mirror, we meet the parts of ourselves we usually avoid – our wounds, our defense mechanisms, our limiting beliefs – and learn to see them not as enemies, but as doorways.
