Henrik Munkeby Nørstebø is a trombonist and sound artist exploring the physicality of sound through long-term processes and immersive collaborations. Based in Trondheim (NO) and Berlin (DE), he has toured extensively across five continents and released a wide range of records — from solo works to large groups. His projects include duos with Audrey Chen (BEAM SPLITTER), Daniel Lercher and JD Zazie, new music ensemble Aksiom and a myriad of collaborations with a wide range of musicians, dancers and visual artists from around the world.

His solo setup combines heavily amplified trombone, analogue electronics and selected sound files, and undulates between claustrophobic tension and moments of ecstatic release. Nørstebø utilizes a compressor-like use of lungs, nuanced microphone technique and gain adjustments in order to unearth the intense physicality of inherent low volume sounds, interwoven with a full range of acoustic material. Nørstebø's forthcoming fourth solo release Faint Light Blackens was developed for the resonant acoustics of Oslo’s Vigeland Mausoleum - a seven-part piece exploring pulse, natural harmonics, and monumental subwoofer feedback.

Lisa Ullén is one of Sweden’s most celebrated pianists and composers. A versatile player with a singular musical vision, Ullén has repeatedly proven her ability to imprint her absolute sense for tonal texture on whatever musical context she appears in, whether it is her own solo playing, writing for her own larger ensembles or the vivid contributions she has made to groups such as Space, Anna Högberg Attack,  Festen and more.

Gus Loxbo is active in jazz and experimental music. Plays double bass, guitar, saw, electronics in groups such as Pombo, Anna Högberg Attack (large version), Silence Blossoms and others with a number of album releases (including on his own record label). He also work as a composer in electroacoustic music and with theater, dance and performance.

Finn Loxbo is a guitarist with a focus on free and structured improvisation. His music is usually on either side of two dynamic extremes: quiet acoustic or very loud. On the quiet side we find him in his own ensemble Kommun, as a solo act and in collaborations with, for example, Skogen. Examples from the louder side are Kyosaku, Anna Högberg Extended Attack, and previously in bands such as Doglife, Strändernas svall and Fire! Orchestra.
