Spin A Yarn Class

Learn to turn wool and other fluffy fibers into beautiful handspun yarn. Drawing fiber, controlling the spin, using a drop spindle, treadle control, the difference between modern and antique wheels and spinning with a spinning wheel. All equipment and fibers (wool, alpaca, angora and other fluff may be available) for the class are provided. 4 weeks of classes 6:00 to 8pm November 12, 19, and December 3 and 10. $145 each. Class size is limited so sign up early. Registration ends November 10 or when the class fills.
